  I arrived at the store to repair my phone the customer service representative told me that there was the technician and it was obvious that there is because I was repairing another phone ,then the other solution is upgrade I thought it was a good idea, but without reason and my approval I end up with Two new lines and lose my phone number that for many years has had or even attempt to rescue the number. It is pity that employees who act dishonestly lose customers who for many years have been with the company, bad and dishonest customer service.
