  No employees have a sense of urgency! 2 registers open and both have lines curving back and into clothing section of store. Customer service desk will only assist if your returning or exchanging. Jewelry department has long line as well. None of them call for any help at registers. The pizza joint advertises hot and ready pizza and lunch combos. When you order they tell you everything is cooked to order. Worst customer service in all aspects.

  Stood in line 45 mins with 2 people in front of me, 4 customers left because It was simply not worth their time, employees didn't care when we complained. And continued to take their sweet time. Only 2 cashiers open.

  Return policy is horrible! 30 days seriously! I understand there's items that shouldn't b returned, towels& stuff should b allowed. Anyhow, i am very unhappy about the policy someone should revise.

  Raggedy, tacky, dirty. Manager Laurie is a female dog. Yolanda kisses her tail. Old run down crappy establishment. Management is a joke. Old registers shut down often. Garbage
